DOOR CONSTRUCTION

         Our doors made of 12-gauge steel with 5/8" wrought iron for design work, Operable double-pane tempered glass that open independently from the doors, fully insulated with thermal injected foam in the door, window frame, and in the door sheet, sand blasted, spraying zinc, oven baked oxide primer, black paint and handy faux finish, varnish coated for the best possible anti-rusting.

• The doors come on a pre-hung steel frame. The steel frame supports the weight on the doors and allows easy installation. The frame is equipped with mounting flanges to secure the frame into the framing with lag bolts

• All doors come insulated with high quality foam insulation that is pumped into the jamb and also into the style of the door sheet. A rubber weather stripping is used around the door frame, the glass frame.  Iron Threshold  is included.

• Foot bolts and head bolts are used on double door units. The flush bolt is the mechanism that locks the inactive leaf of the double door unit. The head bolt locks into the top of the door frame and the foot bolt locks into the threshold/floor.

DOOR SHIPPING

All Our Doors are Shipped Via LTL Trucking Companies. 

Customers Must Provide Help To Unload These Doors As They Are Almost 1100 lb + Pallet In Weight  Usually 3 Strong Guys Are Needed To Unload It Safely In 

Also If An 18 Wheeler Can Not Access Your Home Then Customer Are Required To Pick Up From The Freight Terminal.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received
the item, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, unfortunately.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packing.

Your item must be sent back to us with a copy of your original receipt.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Order Changes and Cancellation

Upon purchase, we’ll give you 24 hours to cancel or make any changes (sale items are not subject to cancel). Any time beyond that, your order will already be processed, prepared for shipping, and order changes or cancellations cannot be made.

My tracking information says delivered but didn’t receive it yet.’

If we’ve confirmed with the post office and shipping carrier that the item has been delivered with a specific date, time and location. We are not responsible for missing items.

If our shipping carrier or post office cannot confirm the item was delivered. You need to contact us and report it, we will make the arrangements to send you another one.

If the package was delivered to the exact same address the buyer filled out and it was wrong, we won’t be able to reimburse you for that. Please, double check the shipping address you filled out in your shopping cart.

Refunds

Once we receive your item(s) in the condition and manner stated above, we will process your refund immediately and notify you at that time.

We will initiate a refund to the payment method used to make your purchase. Once the credit is processed, it will generally reflect in your payment account within 7-10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or canceled.
